Dayakar Puskoor, Founder and Managing Director of Dallas Venture Capital (DVC), is a serial entrepreneur turned visionary investor, who had the foresight to launch one of the first tech-focused venture funds. Headquartered in post-telecom Dallas, the fund invested in several pioneering early-stage startups in the cloud, AI/ML, and mobile technologies in Dallas, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and India.
Passionate about mentoring founding teams of startups, Dayakar operates with a philosophy to Invest, Engage, Collaborate, Grow & Exit. The spirit of this philosophy has resulted in several path-breaking transformations and winning exits for startups. Dayakar began his career with Motorola where he owned the P&L for the Paging product and received the Engineering Excellence Award from management at Nippon Motorola. Following this, as Founder and CEO of JP Mobile, he pioneered the industry’s first mobile software solutions company considered to be the inventor of wireless email for the Palm PDA platform. He secured $55 million in financing and successfully completed its acquisition by Good Technology, later acquired by Motorola. Prior to founding Dallas Venture Capital, Dayakar owned the P&L for the Hosting & Mobility Solutions business at Microsoft. He was responsible for the incubation, development & management of new mobility and cloud solutions. He also led the $350M hosting business encompassing all product development, product management, marketing, and business development.
Dayakar is an active supporter of entrepreneurs and startups. He has been involved with the Dallas chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) since 1999 and is currently a charter member. Among other activities, he chaired the wireless/mobility SIG of TiE, and organized a wireless seminar in partnership with Nokia, Texas Instruments, and others. Dayakar has also been featured in numerous publications, including Forbes, where he is a thought leader and occasional contributor. Dayakar earned a master’s degree in computer science from Nova Southeastern University.

Franck Noel, Head of Solutions Architects at Amazon Web Services for SMB East. He previously led a team of builders in Socal focused on the Mid-Enterprise space and has been at AWS for just over 2.5 years
Franck currently resides in Philadelphia and is passionate about technology and its effect on companies and society. He has worked with customers of various sizes and industries helping them solve several transformational challenges through the use of AWS cloud technologies like Resmed, NextGen, Chewy, Axway, and others in Southern California. Prior to joining AWS, Franck spent several years working on other sales and pre-sales roles with a variety of customers at Cisco Systems. helping customers like Comcast and Vonage transform the Telecom industry. Franck has several certifications from the information technology industry including several AWS certifications. Franck is an Electrical Engineer graduate from SUNY at Stony Brook, NY.

Earlier, Venkat served as the Vice President of IT at Lennox International for nearly 5 years where he was instrumental in building the Business Applications and Advanced Technology team. Venkat also led the formation of the Chief Information Architect’s Office, Advanced Technology and Data Science teams and introducing new and emerging technologies to Lennox in an effort embrace and foster the use of technology across all business functions. Prior to this role, he served as Head of eCommerce and Supply Chain IT at Keurig Dr Pepper for nearly 9 years where he led a number of ecommerce, Supply Chain Transformation and Omnichannel Distribution initiatives. Prior to Dr Pepper, Venkat spent 13 years in Consulting with Accenture, KPMG and Johnson Controls.
