More than 30 years ago, Dennis’s founded Professional Software Technologies. After leading the firm to a successful acquisition, he continued to build value as an executive, leading it to second and third exits at higher valuations by Esko and Danaher, respectively.

Jeff is founder of Global Kinetics, a market development accelerator to early-to-mid stage clients seeking to establish/expand operations in the US market & a long-standing enterprise mobility industry veteran. He is a Co-Founder of Silicon Valley in Your Pocket (SVIYP), a mobile & online platform that allows global entrepreneurs to access Silicon Valley content, coaching & connections as they build viable businesses. In addition, he is a Co-Founder of HubSV, a Silicon Valley style international training & mentorship company. He is a Founding Investor of Batchery, a global incubator for tech startups. Jeff is an EIR for SKTA Innopartners. He is an Advisor at UC Berkeley's incubator, SkyDeck.
He was previously with Cognizant & Brillio where he was founder & Global Practice Head for the Mobility practices & focused on Internet of Things (IoT) & user experience (UX). Prior to this, he was a serial entrepreneur founding several businesses from the mid-1990s. He was awarded the prestigious BridgeGate 20 Award, recognizing him as one of the top 20 business leaders & “difference makers” in S. California’s IT & new media community.
He serves on the Global Advisory Board for the Enterprise Mobility Exchange & is a mentor and advisor to several Silicon Valley technology accelerators where he advises early to mid stage companies. Dayakar is a Managing Partner at Naya Ventures, a 50 million USD fund that invests in early-stage Cloud, Mobile & Big Data companies. Apart from his role at Naya Ventures, Dayakar is Executive Chairman at Motivity Labs, GlobalOutlook and KeepTrax. He is also a Board Member at Altia Systems, SnapOne and Zoomingo. He is a Board Observer at Minetta Brook and an Advisory Board Member at Boxfish and Glympse.
Previously, Dayakar owned the P&L for the Hosting & Mobility Solutions business at Microsoft. He was responsible for the incubation, development and management of new mobility solutions. He also led the $350M hosting business encompassing all product development, product management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Microsoft, as Founder and CEO of JP Mobile, Dayakar pioneered the industry's first mobile software solutions company. He secured $55 million in financing and successfully completed its acquisition by Good Technology, later acquired by Motorola.
Dayakar began his career with Motorola. He owned the P&L for the Paging product, including all aspects of design, development and world-wide customer support. He received the Engineering Excellence Award from management at Nippon Motorola.
Dayakar is an active supporter of entrepreneurs and startups. He has been involved with the Dallas chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) since 1999 and is currently a charter member. Among other activities, he chaired the wireless/mobility SIG of TiE, and organized a wireless seminar in partnership with Nokia, TI and others. Dayakar is a graduate of Stephen F. Prior to GhangorCloud, Bhanu served as VP of Worldwide Sales, Business Development & Services for Array Networks. Bhanu revamped Global Sales efforts to deliver consistently superior results, leading to consecutive profitable quarters/years. Array had a successful IPO in 2009. He led the company into newer regions in APAC and established Array as a leader in its market category.
Previous to his time at Array, Bhanu was an early member and held management positions at AlteonWebsystems where he built and led the Customer Advocacy team as well as contributing significantly to BD activities. Alteon was recognized for its Customer Satisfaction and Services. Alteon had a hugely successful IPO followed by M&A with Nortel.
